Japan Meets Andrew Marston

This blog keeps up with me, Andrew Delbert Marston, my frequent travels around Japan, and chronicles the successes and failures of my self-study of Japanese. Thanks for tuning in.

The Yukuhashi Summer Festival was easily my favorite festival of the summer so far. The lantern float parade was energetic, the taiko drums were impressive, the food vendor cheap but delicious, and the fireworks were long lasting and creative. I had a great time despite the 34C+ heat. This is not an event to miss next year.
